Description

Stiefel willow bark contains natural salicylic acid. Willow bark can positively influence the healing process in the event of joint and metabolic problems or inflammations.

The main active substance in willow bark is salicin. This substance is now synthetically produced and is an ingredient of a variety of pain medications. Willow bark has an anti-inflammatory, pain-alleviating and positive effect on rheumatic illnesses. Natural ingredients: salicylic acid, glycoside salicin, tannins, tannic acid.

Feeding recommendation:
Horses (600 kg body weight) 25 - 50 g per day
Small horses 10 - 25 g per day
1 tablespoon corresponds to approx. 7 g.
Mix into the feed dry or brewed with the stock. Do not feed for longer than 3 weeks without a break.

Store the feed in a cool and dry place protected from direct sunlight. Use soon after opening. Please take note of the current anti-doping and medication control directives (ADMR) of the FM (German Riding Association).
