What are the advantages of a subscription?
If you buy the same product regularly, you don't have to reorder every time you run out. We will automatically generate a new order for you based on your input and send it out one week before your stock is expected to run out.
With a subscription order, you get a lower product price compared to an individual order! You will be informed about the price advantage directly in the pricing information.
How often do I get a delivery?
A delivery interval will be suggested to you based on the recommended use of the respective product. You are also welcome to change the interval to suit your needs. All you need to do is contact us. A new pack of your selected product will be sent to you a week before the due date. You will also receive an email informing you about your next upcoming subscription delivery.
How long am I obliged to take delivery of a product? Can I change my subscription?
The subscription can be cancelled at any time by email. A quick message is enough to change or discontinue your subscription.
